The Mead House, a Pasadena landmark, seeks $2.9 million
A historic Craftsman-style home in Pasadena listed on the National Register of Historic Places is on the market for $2.899 million.
Large, rough-hewn shakes, a wraparound veranda and a porte-cochere distinguish the home’s exterior on this lush, nearly half-acre lot. Known as The Mead House, the five-bedroom, 3,007-square-foot home was completed in 1910 by noted designer-builder Louis B. Easton.
“The house remains remarkably unchanged since its construction,” writes “The Building Biographer” Tim Gregory in his history of the home.
