I am pleased to report that all five areas covered in this report enjoyed an increase in their median price in the second quarter of 2016.
- San Marino, particularly, enjoyed increases in almost every category.
- Units sold increased 28%, from 36 units sold in Q2 2015 to 46 units sold in Q2 2016.
- Both average selling price and average listing price posted gains of 18% and 19%, respectively.
- As a result of an increase in average selling price and units sold, sales volume for Q2 2016 increased by $50.6 million, which is a 51% increase year over year from $98.7 million in Q2 2015 to $149.2 million in Q2 2016.
