Landmarked midcentury modern by Gregory Ain in Pasadena lists for $3M
On the market for the first time in six decades is this handsome Pasadena modern designed by Gregory Ain in 1950 for Walter W. Ralphs, Jr., scion of the Ralphs grocery store chain.
Built at a cost of $37,000, the sprawling Linda Vista residence was “one of the most extravagant houses of Ain’s career,” according to the architect’s biographer, Anthony Denzer.
