Yadi is the Transaction Coordinator for Sotheby’s International Realty in Pasadena. She coordinates the heaps of paperwork, and you will be receiving organized paperwork from her, with instructions, while we are in escrow. She reviews all contracts and additional documentation for completeness and accuracy and ensures that all DRE and office requirements are complete prior to the close of escrow.
