Michael is a licensed Broker and REALTOR® with 20 years of residential brokerage and investment experience. He specializes in homes that did not sell the first time and has closed hundreds of homes (see the list on my site). After graduating with a BBA in Finance at Gonzaga University, Michael processed consumer loans at a Federal Credit Union, moved to co-managing a portfolio at Charles Dunn Company, underwrote loans at CB Commercial, and then moved onto flipping homes. Neighbors and other agents wanted to work with him. In 1999, he opened Bradmont Realty and grew it to 10 agents. In 2005, Prudential Realty bought his brokerage, and since then he has outsold 95% to 99.5% of all agents locally and nationally as a full time agent. He knows how to sell and does not waste his time with things that do not help his clients. He and his family reside in Pasadena’s Bungalow Heaven Historic District.

From pre-listing to closing, James handles the details including transaction and closing coordination, marketing, social media, websites, office management, and implementing powerful strategies and systems. In his free time, James enjoys working out, cooking, and traveling. James is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Anne is great with structuring the team so we all do what each of us are best at, and making sure no one skips a beat. She is in charge of making sure all the background platforms, from advertising, to data population on the various portals is coordinated and smoothly done throughout the process. It is likely that you will not talk or see her in your transaction, but she is heavily involved in making sure the 200+ items on our to-do list are completed. I am lucky to be married to her, and to have her directing our team. Anne is fluent in Thai.
Ronnica is the Marketing Coordinator for Sotheby’s International Realty in Pasadena. She coordinates our corporate marketing efforts, including our print ads in the Los Angeles Times and Pasadena Outlook newspapers. She also reviews and audits our marketing images to ensure they are high quality and meet the brand standards and marketing guidelines for Sotheby’s International Realty. Andrea is the Transaction Coordinator for Sotheby’s International Realty in Pasadena. She coordinates the heaps of paperwork, and you will be receiving organized paperwork from her, with instructions, while we are in escrow. She reviews all contracts and additional documentation for completeness and accuracy, as well as ensures that all DRE and office requirements are complete prior to the close of escrow. At the end of our transaction we will scan all documents for storage, and give you a copy. Andrea has been in real estate for 15 years.
