In today’s environment, our real estate transactions forms are changing more frequently based on state guidelines. To ensure your real estate transaction is in compliance and to reduce your liability, we will be using the most up-to-date forms, including the latest (Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration) PEAD form that is now mandatory for all real estate transactions.
